How do I order online?

  • Click product category
  • Next, click sub-product category
  • Click on the product you are looking for
  • Select print option – Frame Only, Graphic Only, or Graphic Package
  • Select Turnaround time
  • Select accessory if offered
  • Enter quantity and add to cart
  • Review Shipping & Billing Information and view Order Summary. Edit or change shipping, billing and order information, if necessary.
  • Payment and Final Order Review. Last chance to edit order, if necessary. Click Place order.
  • Confirmation page will appear with your order number.
  • Upload Files by clicking upload file link and enter the order number in the message box. If you are not ready to upload files, you may do so at a later time. Please see below.

How do I upload art files?

  • If applicable Download Template for the display purchased. Create your art file and Click on upload file link “Choose Files or Drag and Drop” the file here
  • If you are uploading a custom artwork without using any of our templates, Click on upload file link “Choose Files or Drag and Drop” the file here
  • Write a note on the message box next to where you drop the files. You can upload files without placing an order for receiving a quote or for us to check your files. Please do not upload files without any explanation on the message box. Specify order number if you placed an order or give us details of what we need to quote you for.

What art file formats and resolution do you accept?

PDF, .EPS, .TIFF, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. High res JPEG and PNG files are accepted too. At full scale 125 DPI. If you are setting up your file as 50% scale or smaller, requested DPI is 300.

What color mode my artwork should be?

Printers will print CMYK mode so your file should be CMYK. If not, we have to convert your file to CMYK and some colors might be effected depending on your graphic colors.

What is the largest seamless vinyl or fabric banner you can print?

We are proud to be able to provide 16 feet seamless print. (Example: 16’ x 100’ can be printed)

What is the largest single piece board that you can print?

We can do direct printing on most of the sub-straight up 5’ x 10’ size. However, most common single sheet size is 4’ x 8’.

Can you print directly on any rigid media?

Yes, our flatbed printers can directly print on any sub-straight.

Do you laminate your signs?

We can laminate almost every flat media upon request.

I have a graphic for a custom size sign, I don’t see a price online. How do I get a price quote?

  • E-mail or call us with specifics of material, size, and finishing, and in hand date information.
  • If you e-mailed us and didn’t receive a quote in 4 hours please give us a call.
  • For immediate quotes please give us a call, we provide quotes over the phone.

I don’t have a graphic file and I need a sign. How do I proceed?

  • We provide graphic design service at $50/hour. However, if you need a simple or not very complicated design, we wave this fee most of the time.
  • Please allow us to quote you first before we begin the graphic set up.
  • Please send us an e-mail with specifics of your sign need. Size, material, finishing and in hand date.
  • Give us as much information as possible in order us to help you with graphic set up.
  • Make sure you are giving us high res logos and images.
  • Wait for your proof file.
  • Review your proof and advice of any modification or approve your proof as is.

Where can I find graphic templates, set-up instructions and specification (spec) sheets?

You can find these under each specific product page. If you can’t find one please e-mail so we can e-mail it to you.

I need a rush order placed. Same or next day turnaround. Can I get it printed on time?

Some displays have a set-priced rush option under the “Graphic Turnaround Time” drop down menu. Select this option, then add to cart.

 

Most of the items can be produced on the same day or next day with a rush fee except fabric trade show displays. Posters, retractable banner stands, board signs, vinyl banners, decals/stickers, window graphics, wall coverings, yard signs, pop up displays are some of the products can be produced on the same or next day.

Are there limits to getting a rush?

Do all products allow a rush?

Yes, as long as our workload can handle it and we have time to do it.

I requested a rush and uploaded my graphics, but there is a problem and now it is past 3:00 p.m. Can I still get a rush?

Sometimes printing takes time and we may run out of time. UPS or Fedex shipping cut out times are 6 p.m. We can push our limits to make it happen but it all depends on order size. You may need to call us to check on status.

I need this shipped out today. Is this possible?

It depends on the product type and time you purchase. Call our sales department to inquire about Same Day Rushes. We can ship nationwide and overnight shipments are available.

Will there be times when a rush is not available?

Yes; these times vary and depend on our workload. It is always best to check with our sales department.

Can I order or pick up a rush order on weekend?

Please give us a call for the weekend production availability and work load. We are closed on Sundays but we only operate if there is an advanced commitment to complete and deliver a large project.

What is the regular turnaround time without rush?

Most graphic turnaround times are two (2) business days of production time. Some of the items are 1 day turnaround without any rush fee. Larger displays like Canopy tents, large fabric prints, and large quantity orders may take up to 4 days.

What are my payment choices?

In Store pick up: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Check and Cash
Over the phone payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Online Payment: Shipping cart, paypal invoice

Can I have an item shipped to me before I make a payment?

Unfortunately no. We need to receive payment before shipping. If you are not provided an invoice and rushing an order, you can pay over the phone and we provide instant email receipt.

Can I place an order now and pay in store pick up?

Absolutely!

Can I place an order online or pay over the phone and send someone to pick up?

Yes!

What shipping carrier do you use?

UPS and Fedex. Large local orders and Downtown SD locations are delivered in person.

I need to expedite my order. What are my shipping options/methods?

If UPS Ground or Fedex won’t get your order there on time, you can upgrade your shipping to express. You can call or e-mail us for express shipping rates.

Is Saturday delivery available?

It qualifies based on where it is shipping to and if it’s shipped on a Thursday or Friday (i.e. Saturday delivery only upgraded on 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air). Saturday delivery cannot be ordered online using the drop down selection.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up from our Downtown San Diego store. 205 16th Street, San Diego, CA 92101

When can I pick up my order?

Depending on turnaround time most orders are available for pick up 10.30 am to 7 pm. We inform you once your order is complete.

What is your return policy?

Graphic Items: There is no return or refund because of their custom nature.

 

Hardware Items: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days after first received your product.
The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of the issuance of the return. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

What do I do if my product comes in damaged?

Can I receive free material swatches?

Yes! We can send you variety of printed samples.

Do you have a showroom discount?

Yes, if you visit our store and check in with Facebook or Yelp, you may receive a 10% discount.

Can I request a catalog?

We have online catalog available without pricing. We will be happy to e-mail it.
